01 / PRODUCT DESIGN
ALEX / INDEPENDENT DESIGNER
A small corner of the internet.
A few things I’ve been making.
Thoughtful digital things.
Made personal.
A few things,
made with intention.
Personal concepts. Real attention to detail.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PIXELS
Hi, I’m Alex.
I like making
things make sense.
A designer with a soft spot for clear interfaces, expressive type, and the details you feel before you notice.
This is a little collection of personal projects: room to experiment, ask better questions, and make everyday digital experiences more human.
GOOD THINGS START WITH A CONVERSATION
Let’s make
something matter.
This is a fictional portfolio made for the Homport sharing demo.
You can explore the work here; no messages are sent.
01 / ATLAS / PERSONAL CONCEPT
Less noise.
More room to focus.
A calm workspace for the independent maker who has plenty of ideas and one very busy week.
The idea
Bring projects, next steps, and useful notes into one easy-to-scan overview. Show what matters today without turning every task into an alert.
The approach
A quiet layout, generous spacing, and one purposeful accent color. The design balances an overview with the small details that help someone start.
Exploration: interface design, information hierarchy, and a reusable visual system. This is a fictional design concept, not a live productivity service.
02 / FIELDNOTES / PERSONAL CONCEPT
A little space
to look closer.
An editorial website for everyday observations, unhurried stories, and interesting things found along the way.
The idea
Make reading feel like opening a well-loved journal. Let a strong headline and an inviting rhythm do the work.
The approach
Warm paper colors, large expressive type, and a simple modular layout. Small visual pauses give every story a moment of its own.
Exploration: editorial layout, responsive typography, and visual identity. All content and artwork are fictional demonstration material.
03 / FORM / PERSONAL CONCEPT
Everyday objects.
A fresh perspective.
A digital showcase for simple, thoughtfully considered objects, starting with a notebook and a clean sheet of paper.
The idea
Give a humble object the attention usually reserved for something extraordinary. Make the details easy to appreciate.
The approach
A restrained product stage, a bold blue accent, and clear supporting information. The artwork here is made from HTML and CSS.
Exploration: digital art direction and product storytelling. This concept is not a store; there are no purchases or checkout.
